Amazing backpack!!! I've been a customer for over a year now and I had an extra size corgi butt backpack for a year this product last a long time it was time to get a new one since the colors faded away. I've gotten a lot of compliments from wearing this in public and in work. Super cute and super soft! My new one that I received the strap broke off I contacted the company and they sent out a replacement immediately. They have the best customer service ever. If your debating whether to get it because of the price buy it because it's worth it. I will absolutely be doing more business with them in the future !!!

Thank you for sending us the Nayo blanket! We LOVE it! The fabric is super soft and cozy. Also, the size is just perfect for my daughter, who is 11 years old (we got the large blanket). The design of Nayo is just too cute!!

We saw this backpack at the Corgi BeachFest in HB, and my daughter fell in love with it. We did have a slight problem, once we took it out of the package, one of the straps had not been sewn in properly, and it was rendered useless. I contacted the company and they immediately offered to send another one, with no hesitancy. Their customer service has been exceptional, and my daughter loves her replacement backpack very much.
