You will have up to 4 hours to cancel your order or change your photo after purchase. Anything after will have $5 art fee as our artist should have already start working on your order.

The order will take 3 – 4 weeks overall. We will provide tracking number once the order is out.

Customize your own products will be shipped out separately with the other NAYOTHECORGI product purchased. We will ship out other products first to you within 1-3 business days.

No. Customized products will be FREE shipping for regular services.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your product received, pls feel free to contact us at info@nayothecorgi.com and we will get back to you at soonest! However, pls advise that we do not accept any return request or change request due to artwork related issues since we always get confirmation on the artwork before production. Pls be advised that because of the nature of the product, which is order to make, we cannot do refund. However, we will try our best to make it right for you!

If you order multiple different items from customize your own collection, we will try to ship them to you altogether but in some cases, we might ship them separately depend on each production case.

We offer free domestic shipping for all customize your own products currently. For International orders, we might charge extra for shipping fee. Feel free to contact us if you are purchasing outside the United States and we will try our best to work with you on your order!

Same as all other Nayothecorgi products, customers are responsible for all corresponding fees related to the order.

Yes, you can do multiple pets. Each extra pet will cost extra for artwork. For multiple pets, just upload one photo including all pets (up to 3 max). If you could not provide a photo that includes all pets, feel free to contact us and we will help you out!

Normally it will take up to 2-3 days for our artist to work on the artwork, the artwork will be available around 2-3 business days after order is placed. Pls kindly note that we will proceed to production if we do not get any feedback on art proofread within 7 days upon sending the art to customers. We will send 3 reminders before we proceed to production.

Unfortunately, no. We only work on photos that are portrait of the pets (mainly focus on head and chest) . Pls follow our photo requirements carefully to make sure you get the best design.
